iGam3 joins the peaqosystem

In a nutshell: iGam3 — a DePIN for powering advanced AI agents — has joined the peaqosystem, expanding from Arbitrum to peaq. As part of the expansion, iGam3 will also migrate 50% of its token supply to peaq. iGam3 enables you to earn token rewards for contributing compute power from their dedicated edge devices or other compatible third-party hardware to run AI agents. And it’s already being used in the real world.

Democratizing AI Agents

Despite its relative youth, new frontiers are already being created within the AI industry. One of the most exciting developments is undoubtedly in the field of AI agents — autonomous systems designed to perceive, decide, and act with minimal human input. As these agents grow more sophisticated and widespread, the need for robust, scalable infrastructure to power them becomes ever more critical. And to ensure our AI future is fair and open, this infrastructure must not end up in the hands of just a few powerful corporations.

That’s where iGam3 comes in. iGam3 is democratizing access to advanced AI and digital resources through a DePIN of dedicated edge devices for AI agents. Designed specifically to host and run AI agents on a distributed network, iGam3’s devices enable real-time decision making, on-device learning, and seamless interaction with IoT devices and robotics. In short, they allow AI agents to adapt dynamically to their environments. And by processing data locally, they also ensure faster responses and reduced reliance on centralized cloud servers.

Best of all, iGam3’s devices are already being used in the real world.

Taste Asia — a chain of restaurants in South East Asia and Australia — is leveraging iGam3’s edge devices to host its computer vision solution for improving meal quality and customer services. Through a network of cameras and AI algorithms, the system visually inspects meals before they are served to ensure they meet quality standards. This involves checking for plating consistency, portion size, ingredient arrangement, and even detecting potential defects or contamination. The system also monitors the dining area to analyze customer behavior. For example, it can detect gestures like raising a hand to signal for service, enabling staff to respond faster to customer needs and improving the overall dining experience.

Besides these dedicated edge devices, iGam3’s DePIN also supports a wide range of third-party devices that meet minimum system requirements, allowing anyone with a device capable of high-performance edge computing to join the network.

As part of its expansion from Arbitrum to peaq, iGam3 will deploy the smart contracts powering its decentralized AI infrastructure ecosystem on peaq, leveraging the network’s modular DePIN functions to optimize device connectivity, data flow, and reward distribution. It will leverage peaqID to implement robust identity and verification mechanisms, ensuring secure onboarding, device authentication, and trustless interactions within its ecosystem. It will also allow users to mint and stake their AI edge devices as fractionalized NFTs on peaq. Additionally, iGam3 plans to migrate at least 50% of its native token, $iG3, from Arbitrum to peaq, facilitating seamless integration with the peaq ecosystem.

“Joining the peaqosystem is a pivotal step for iGam3 as we work to democratize AI infrastructure. By leveraging peaq’s Modular DePIN functions, we can create a scalable, open network that allows anyone to contribute compute power and actively participate in the AI revolution. By doing so, we can ensure that builders worldwide have access to advanced AI capabilities, driving progress without centralized barriers.”

— oxGP, CTO at iGam3
“DePIN has the potential to completely reshape the ways we build and interact with AI models. And iGam3 is already demonstrating how decentralized networks can power cutting-edge technology like AI agents while keeping control in the hands of people, not corporations. This is the kind of innovation that will define the Machine Economy.”
